At the Institute for the Study of the Ancient World, in New York City, the complete renovation of a 27,000 square foot 100 year old townhouse called for the restoration of historic public room interiors as well as the design of a modern 4 tiered steel library structure inserted into a glass-encased atrium. In addition, Randall worked on a number of high end apartment renovations and ground up homes.
At G and L Architects, Randall a founding partner, designed and orchestrated the renovation of MoBia, the Museum of Biblical Art in Manhattan to convert the existing 12,000 square feet into exhibition multi-purpose spaces including adding museum quality air conditioning and lighting. The existing Bible collection provided the core visual expression in the space.
Currently the office is working on multiple scales of New York City apartment renovations, houses in the East End of Long Island and a house in Puerto Rico.
